The Grantias ecosystem includes:

• Grantias AI – An intelligent workspace for automated project writing, refinement, and management.

• Grantias Academy – A digital learning environment offering professional training, certifications, and project management resources.

• GrantiasHub – A collaborative project tracking and communication platform connecting partners and stakeholders.

The ecosystem integrates four core AI modules:

• Maxim: AI-driven proposal and concept note generation.

• Commo: Financial, budgetary, and cost distribution assistant.

• Lucil: Visual and communication material generator.

• Proxi: Evaluation and impact measurement assistant.

All Grantias services are provided for professional and educational purposes, and no outcome—such as funding approval or project acceptance—can be guaranteed.

 

4. Eligibility

 

You may use Grantias only if you:

• Are at least 18 years of age,

• Have the legal capacity to enter binding agreements, and

• Use the Services for lawful, non-abusive purposes.

By registering an account, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and current.

 

5. Account Registration and User Responsibilities

 

To access full platform functionality, users must create an account.
You agree to:

• Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials,

• Ensure all activity under your account complies with these Terms, and

• Notify Grantias immediately in case of unauthorized access.

Grantias reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms or engaging in fraudulent or harmful activities.

When using Grantias, you must not:

• Use the Services to transmit unlawful, defamatory, or harmful content,

• Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy proprietary components,

• Introduce viruses or interfere with platform integrity,

• Misuse AI modules to create plagiarized or misleading content, or

• Present AI-generated materials as official or legal advice.

Grantias maintains the right to investigate and restrict access in case of policy breaches.

 

7. License and Intellectual Property

 

Grantias grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use its Services for lawful purposes.

All rights, title, and interest in:

• The Grantias platform,

• Its AI technologies (Maxim, Commo, Lucil, Proxi),

• User interface designs,

• Educational materials (Grantias Academy), and

• Project management systems (GrantiasHub)

remain the exclusive intellectual property of Grantias OÜ or its licensors.

Users retain ownership of the project data and AI-generated outputs created under their own accounts.

 

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

 

Grantias AI provides assistance in generating proposals, analyses, and project-related content through machine learning algorithms.
However:

• Outputs are suggestive and assistive, not guaranteed to be accurate or compliant with any funding authority.

• Users are solely responsible for verifying and finalizing all AI-generated content before public or official use.

• Grantias assumes no liability for decisions, submissions, or rejections based on AI outputs.

AI-generated content belongs to the user but may be securely stored for performance improvement, in compliance with GDPR.

 

9. Payment, Subscription, and Billing

Certain Grantias features may require payment under subscription or license-based models.

9.1. Pricing

All pricing and plans are displayed transparently on www.grantias.com.
Fees may include applicable VAT and can be updated with prior notice.

9.2. Billing

Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways (Stripe).
By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges according to your plan.

9.3. Cancellations and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your user dashboard.

• Refunds are only granted in cases of verified technical malfunction or service non-delivery.

9.4. Suspension

Failure to make timely payment or misuse of the platform may result in account suspension or restricted access.

 

10. Data Protection and Privacy

 

All personal and project-related data are handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Grantias is fully compliant with:

Grantias may interface with trusted third-party services such as Google Drive, Dropbox, Notion, or OpenAI to enhance user experience.
These integrations operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and Grantias does not control or assume responsibility for their data practices or uptime.

 

12. Service Availability and Maintenance

 

We strive to keep all Grantias platforms available 24/7.
However, scheduled maintenance or unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary downtime.
Grantias will notify users of major service interruptions whenever reasonably possible.

 

13. Limitation of Liability

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Grantias shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, reputation, or expected funding.

• Grantias makes no warranties regarding the correctness or completeness of AI outputs.

• The total cumulative liability of Grantias shall not exceed the fees paid by the user within the preceding 12 months.

This limitation applies regardless of legal theory or claim basis.

 

14. Termination of Access

 

Grantias reserves the right to terminate access immediately if:

• You breach these Terms,

• You use the platform for unlawful activities, or

• The service is discontinued for technical or strategic reasons.

Upon termination, you may request export or deletion of stored data within 30 days.

 

15. Educational and Learning Content (Grantias Academy)

 

All educational materials, modules, and courses within Grantias Academy are provided for professional development and learning purposes.
Certificates or training completions do not constitute formal academic accreditation unless explicitly stated.

Grantias Academy content may not be redistributed or commercialized without written permission.

 

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia and relevant European Union legislation.
Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Harju County Court (Tallinn, Estonia), unless otherwise required by EU consumer protection laws.
