ABOUT THE FOUNDER, CEO
Uzay Yüksekkaya is an MBA-qualified professional with six years of applied experience in EU-funded programme management, youth capacity building, and adult education. He has been actively involved in civil society governance and cross-border stakeholder coordination across Belgium, Romania, Estonia, and Türkiye while working with various NGOs on Erasmus+, Digital Europe and Horizon Europe projects, and has participated in numerous initiatives across different countries. Moreover, he has served as a key expert in projects funded under the European Union’s IPA II and IPA III programmes, collaborating with several ministries and the Delegation of the European Union to Türkiye.
He has designed and delivered structured learning programmes and needs-assessment frameworks for 500+ young adults, VET learners and civic sector participants, with hands-on experience in both quantitative methods such as survey design, Likert-scale instruments, KPI-based evaluation and qualitative approaches such as focus group facilitation, stakeholder interviews, participatory workshops. Combines practitioner knowledge of non-formal adult education with analytical interest in how learning environments support youth well-being, social inclusion, and second-chance pathways. Experienced in collaborative multi-stakeholder environments, structured project planning, and translating complex frameworks into accessible, pedagogically grounded content for diverse audiences.
